The defendant can appeal to the court of appeals and also to the Supreme Court depending upon the Punishment imposed by the court. If small punishment May be barred to appeal on the factor .when the case is pending in the higher court, he/she can be released on bail, and when the case in final he/she has the right to ask for pardon from the King, submitted through the penitentiary authority to the justice minister who will give a recommendation for pardoning to his majesty. His/her prison –mate can write the request for him.
