The following aliens are excluded from entering Thailand : (1) An alien who has no valid passport or document used in lieu of passport and without a valid stamp of visa by the royal Thai embassy or a consulate or the ministry of foreign affairs of Thailand. (2) An alien who has not an appropriate means of living following the entrance toThailand (3) An alien who will come to work as a laborer or take an employment by using physical energy without skills or training or Academic knowledge or the one who will come to do the work prohibited by law. (4) An alien who is insane as prescribed in The ministerial regulation. (5) An alien who has not vaccinated to immune against small pox and other kinds of Infectious diseases prescribed by law. (6) An alien who was imprisoned by Thai court or foreigner court except the offence of Negligence or a petty offence. (7) An a lien who ,in a certain circumstances likely to be dangerous to the Thai society. (8) An alien who, in certain circumstance ,is likely to be involved in prostitution or trading Women and children, or smuggling of drugs or doing other thing in contradictory to public welfare and morality . (9) An alien who has no money or no bond as prescribed by the minister or interior. (10) An alien who is prohibited by the minister of interior to enter the Kingdom.
