Yes, (1) the order barring an alien to enter the Kingdom because of no travel document cannot be appealed and (2)the order of the minister of interior itself forbidding an alien or a group of aliens to enter the Kingdom in order to safeguard the interest or the security of the country under section 16 cannot be appealed either. The order of the minister is final. If the minister fails to give out an order in 7 days, the appellant alien is regarded to have entered the Kingdom legally. By HUAHIN SOLICITOR
