Section 35 classifies the periods of different stays permitted by the national police chief as Follows : 1. Not exceeding 30 days for the persons under(4),(8) and (9). 2. Not exceeding 90 days for the person under (3) 3. Not exceeding one year for persons under(5),(10),(11),(12),(13),(14) and (15). 4. Not exceeding tow years for the persons under (6) . 5. As long as necessary for the persons under (1) and (2). 6. As long as BOI may deem appropriate for the persons under (7). The national police chief may grant the persons under (1),(2),(3) and (4) to stay for another period of not exceeding one year and report it to the immigration commission for information .
