Please understand that the immigration commission s order is final as stated in section 36, paragraph 2. So no alien can appeal against an immigration commission’ s order. The affected alien can appeal against only the order of the national police chief to the immigration commission. So the higher authority here is the immigration commission 36, paragraph 2. In case the permission to stay is running out during the appeal, the alien may request for an extension of stay also and has the right to stay on awaiting the re-permit order. Be mindful of that too.
